An exciting opportunity has arisen for a business developer to join a prominent and highly established Property brokerage in Liverpool Street, Central London EC2N
Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Contacting & calling, Landlords and Vendors within the data base
- Contacting potential vendors and landlords for future business
- Booking in market appraisals for both Lettings and Sales.
- Helping generate new managed property business (lettings & Property management
- Phoning, texting, emailing sales information to potential Landlords and Vendors
- Following up on all failed market appraisals on behalf of Lettings and Sales Listers/Negotiators
- Ongoing client care with personal home visits, where possible or at least telephoning.
- Organising and diarising repeat calls on the CRM system
- Taking and promoting offers
- Verifying Landlords & vendors ability and motivation to Rent or sell there properties
- Face to face meetings when needed
- Ensuring sales files have been provided with all detailed information
- Meeting monthly targets
- Looking for fresh and continued business opportunities
- Have a positive approach to all aspects of the business and have the drive to achieve long term goals
- Preparing the marketing on all social media platforms
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- Must have a proven track record in sales, and be prepared to hit targets.
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Be driven and highly motivated to succeed.
- Lettings or Estate agency experience would be a bonus
- Possess excellent telephone skills and manor
- Must have excellent organisational ability
This Lettings & Sales business development position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9am to 6.30pm
Salary range will be: £25.000 - £30.000pa basic salary £45.000 - £50.000 OTE depending on performance
